All things in life are based on perspective. If today you believe you can, then you are correct. If today you believe you cant, you are also correct. You create more of what you are focused on, so today commit to seeing all that is beautiful around you, you'll find that this beauty will for you increase.

 

 

We are truly always the company we keep. If birds of a feather flock together than today only gather among eagles. You are an eagle, soaring over every obstacle with a sky view of all that is good in your life.

 

 

Today remember you cant heal what you dont reveal. What we hide and keep secret can only fester and become a sore causing more pain. Today declare your past in the past by exposing your pain, in doing so, you overcome it.

 

 

Today remember rainy days, storm clouds, lightening, hurricanes and whirlwinds will not always be. Though these seasons may hurt, they blow away debris that does not serve us. This season will pass and tomorrow will be a bright new day.

 

Today there is purpose in your pain. There is reason for your season. Today whether you are on a mountain top or in a valley, you're steps are being ordered. Plant seeds for your future and they will come to pass. 

 

Today you remember that you are where you are meant to be. You are planted through each challenge, each pain, each groan. As a butterfly struggles from its cocoon, each stage is intended for your growth. You are steadily becoming, there is rich wealth in each step.

 

 

Today remember that today doesn’t have to be perfect, but that doesn’t mean that today doesn’t have purpose. Each hour, each step measures you towards greater good. You are able and you are presently becoming greater and greater.

 

 

Today you have enormous value and insurmountable worth.  Do not allow your enemies to see more in you than you do in yourself. You are continually teaching people how to treat you, value relationships that value you.

 

 

Today you are bigger than any problem, challenge or hurdle placed before you. You will look back in one year and not remember what you're worrying about today, so why not start not worrying about it today?
