Thx Dee Dee, that's much appreciated!! What I think helps is if you have say 5 minutes say every other day, swing through and do one exercise in the special features area on the home page. Those really add up. That way you dont have to commit so much time but you can get a huge pay off. ;~) Happy holidays to you!
