We're glad to have you here and it looks like you have jumped right into some sistacircles already- Wonderful!

From reading your post it sounds like you are a very youth passionate &people-oriented  person with a heart for giving back to empower the lives of others, that's awesome. I applaud your efforts & especially love that you are taking the much needed& valued component of proper planning----and planning with the guidance of GOD no less.

I totally related with your words as an Educator & spoken word artist myself (with spirituality at the center of both). I actually spent most of my weekend participating & supporting the poetic platforms of some fabulous young artists I have been humbled to "mentor" fo rmany years now. Some of which have gone on to feature with HBOs Brave New Voices the past 3 years. It's truly rewarding when you can combine what you're professionally trained for with what you're personally passionate for. I absolutely love what I do & more importantly, WHY I do it.   I gasped a bit when I read your statement (lol), because those are almost the same words I have shared with a former professor years ago when asked to write about what a goal you would like to achieve in life. I remember she highlighted the word 'facility' on my paper and placed a happy face along side her comments, stating that she really like my concept of wanting to combine all those various factors into one place.
