Greetings My Sistas!!
First let me say that I hope you
all enjoyed your weekend and even got in a lil “ME” time:). We all do so much, for so many, that it’s
very important to have a personal ‘Selah’ moment or two for yourself. After
all, we can’t give our best to others and not make time to replenish the best within
ourselves first.

Many of us grew up fantasizing about the Prince on the white horse coming to rescue us and falling in love and living happily ever after. The problem is, as we begin to grow up, and experience the heart breaks, lost loves, hurt and pain, THAT is the time when reality SHOULD set in and the realization that life is not a fairy tale. If not directed by a strong wise woman, these girls grow into women and continue to chase that fairy tale ending and sometimes at any cost! Which cause them to compromise themselves. We as women who have daughters, need to educate our girls on how things really are. To love themselves, know who they are and whose they are, and let them know how beautifully and wonderfully made they are, WE are.
